We usually ship in-stock items the same or next working day. After dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking link.

For urgent deliveries within Germany we offer an express service. Order today — delivery tomorrow by 12:00.

Returns
For returns within Germany we charge €5.90 per parcel. In the event of a defective or incorrect delivery we cover the return costs.

Damaged delivery
Should your delivery arrive damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
