Returns & withdrawal

As a consumer (private customer) you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

1. Contact us by email at info@versand.guru with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive a return confirmation from us.
3. Send the goods back to us within 14 days of your declaration of withdrawal.

Returns are possible in the following cases:

• Unopened original packaging
• Undamaged goods
• Complete delivery (all parts)
• Within the 30-day period

Excluded from withdrawal:

• Custom-printed packaging
• Custom-made products
• Hygiene articles already opened
• Goods with broken seal

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 5-7 working days using the same payment method you used for the order.

Return costs: If you withdraw, you bear the return costs. In the event of defective or incorrect goods, we cover the costs.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (private customers). As an entrepreneur, trader or self-employed person, you have no statutory right of withdrawal in transactions with us (§ 312g (1) BGB in conjunction with § 13 BGB).

Goodwill arrangement: We offer our business customers a 14-day goodwill return for unopened and undamaged goods in their original packaging. Returns are at your own expense. Custom-printed products, custom-made items and opened pallets are excluded.

Warranty: Independently of the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a warranty for defects. In the case of defective, damaged or incorrect goods, we will exchange them or refund the purchase price free of charge.

As a merchant you are obliged under § 377 HGB to inspect the goods promptly upon receipt and to report obvious defects immediately.

Please register your return with us before sending. Please provide:

• Order number
• Which items you wish to return
• Reason for return (in case of defects please include photos)
