Orders
How can I place an order?
Select the products you want, add them to your basket and follow the checkout process. You can order as a guest or create a customer account.
Can I change my order after placing it?
As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, changes are possible. Please contact us promptly via the contact form.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up until the dispatch confirmation. Just send us a short message via the contact form.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within Germany and 2–5 working days to neighbouring countries. You can find exact details on our shipping page.
Which countries do you deliver to?
You can find an up-to-date list of shipping countries on our shipping page. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch.
Can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
The available payment methods are shown to you at checkout. By default we accept payment in advance by bank transfer.
When will I receive my invoice?
You’ll receive your invoice by email together with the dispatch confirmation. You can download invoices at any time in your customer account.
Returns
How long do I have to return items?
Private customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The return shipping costs are set out in our terms and conditions and on our returns page. In the case of defects, we cover the costs.
Account
Do I need to create a customer account to order?
No. You can also order as a guest. With a customer account, however, you have access to your order history and invoices.
How secure is my data?
Your data is used exclusively to process your order and is not passed on to third parties. You can find details in our privacy policy.
